Measurements and audits of electrical installations

Our employees perform measurements of electrical quantities associated with periodic technical inspections.

Periodic technical inspections are the responsibility of every property manager. Polish legislation specifies in detail the applicable requirements for the maintenance, use and prevention of malfunctions in the technical performance of buildings. Both individual elements of the building as well as installations and equipment must be subjected to an inspection.

Each inspection should be performed by people with the required authorisations and qualifications. In the course of the inspection, the specialist checks the current technical condition of the building in detail, performs electrical inspections, compares them with the applicable standards, draws up a protocol and - in the case of irregularities - indicates to the ordering party the defects detected, which must be repaired immediately.

Range of services - Measurements of electrical installations

Measurements of electrical installations as part of the annual and five-year building condition inspections:

  • measurements of electric shock protection effectiveness (short circuit loop impedance measurements),
  • measurements of insulation resistance of single-phase circuits,
  • measurements of insulation resistance of 3-phase circuits,
  • measurements of residual-current devices
  • measurements of grounding resistance of lightning protection installation.

Measurements of selected elements of the electrical installation - periodic, acceptance or resulting from individual customer demand:

  • measurements of lightning protection systems and lightning arresters:
    • measurements of ground resistance,
    • measurements of the continuity of the above-ground connections on randomly selected branches of the equipment,
  • measurements of basic emergency and evacuation lighting,
  • environmental measurements of luminous intensity at workplaces,
  • measurements of electric motors,
  • measurements of voltage and load,
  • measurements of insulation resistance of circuits,
  • measurements of short circuit loop impedance
  • measurements of anti-shock protection effectiveness
  • measurements of residual-current devices
  • measurements of the continuity of protective and equalising connections,
  • measurements in explosion hazardous areas.

Maintenance and inspections of MV transformer stations (tests and operational measurements, checking the condition of covers, interlocks, closures of anti-shock and overvoltage protection devices, verification and implementation of circuit-breaker protection settings, measurement of resistance of transformer windings, testing of the condition and protection of MV and r switchgear, testing the condition and protection of LV switchgear).

Preparation of electronic and paper documentation.
