As of 10 June 2021, a new Management Board of the Company was established. The function of the President of the Management Board is held by Mr Krzysztof Włodek, the Vice-President is Mr Marek Miś and Mr Marek Bartoszek became the Proxy. All of these people have very extensive experience in realising investments in the energy, gas and chemical sectors.
We are currently implementing more than a dozen implementation and design tasks. These are tasks concerning cogeneration investments using INNIO Jenbacher gas engines supplied by our parent company Ferox Energy Systems. You will see us on construction sites relating to cogeneration units in Przemyśl, Oleśnica, Sandomierz, Jelenia Góra... among others. In addition, we perform services in the gas sector. Ferox Automation has acquired a very interesting order in the last month for the design and execution of electrical and I&C systems for two cogeneration containers with MV generators.
The Bid Preparation Team has been working "at full throttle" to meet the client's requirements and to complete its work successfully - by winning the assignment. In recent days, a Non-Disclosure Agreement was signed enabling the Company to submit bids for a leading Investor in the chemical industry. We have high hopes for this Client.

As a result of the dynamic development of the company's current branch in Tarnów and the development of services in the field of instrumentation and control engineering, power engineering and control with particular emphasis on cogeneration systems based on gas engines, we have decided to relocate the headquarters of Ferox Automation from Katowice to Tarnów, with effect from 16.03.2020.
Tarnów is a place where we can further develop in order to satisfy even better the expectations of our customers in terms of quality and timeliness of realisation of ordered works.
